At least 6 cards I sent to my son and his family in Singapore failed to arrive. I only found out a few days ago when I asked my son why he hadn’t sent a thank you message. Moonpig’s response is for me to contact the mail service in Singapore and that it’s too late for a refund. Appalling customer service. I will never use this company again. They take your money, you pay high airmail costs and then nothing is received.
