Ginny
I created a card, it took an enormously long time to create. It had 16 photos, all to be posed, put into their product, re-size, re-shape - the pictures, painstakingly. I go to send it to 3 people - just 3! But as I send it, I see that the printed version is a little off-centre of what the creative process seemed to indicate. I had to call 1st thing in the morning to stop the press. 1 couldn't be stopped - but the other 2 could be cancelled, so I did. For all the work I did, I didn't want moonpig's technical issue to affect the end result. I re-did them the best I could based on sort of guessing - as I said the end product and the creation are a little different. In some cases that is enough to affect the product (get a nose cut off and well - things are different). I re-sent them. The following day I look to see where they're at. The 1 that couldn't be cancelled arrived, 1 of the 2 re-dos hadn't even been sent! I called Moonpig, said why hasn't this been sent I want it there for Christmas! The person said the other's weren't cancelled and couldn't be (not true by the way) but that he'd now cancel that one and send it out fed ex next day. The following day, it doesn't arrive. The next as well. I called and they put it as a signature item - which of course stops it from getting to it's destination, especially if fed ex doesn't leave a card. I wanted the next day service to get it there quicker, not so it could be delayed by a signature. The other card which was re-done had yet to arrive as well. So I called about that one too. They were supposed to send it fed ex that Friday to arrive - hopefully - for monday before Christmas. But it never did. I looked on Sunday and nothing had been sent. I wrote and they decided then, to cancel it. Stating I had too many gifts and too many had been sent out free for me, and nothing had been purchased by me. I did an entire inventory of the items I sent, paid for by me and paid for by them. I explained that the cancellations weren't free - they were items just never sent. Still, nothing could get a card to my intended recipient as it had run too long. Moonpig has got a terrible quality of their product but a worse service. They send me an invite to do a review. In the instructions it says to do a review of the product and not the service - try to resolve it with them? Write about the product and not the customer service? Really? Your customer service pretty much kills any product you have! My item never got to its recipient - that was down to service. Over and over and over and over again.
