Ordered a card and beer present for my husband, ordered 10 days in advance as I appreciate with lockdown there would be issues, but Moonpig didn’t despatch it until the day before his birthday resulting in it been delivered two days late. I have emailed but never got a response. I have used them before but will never use them again.
