I received a birthday gift of flowers on Monday. The roses were bruised and brown and other stems were broken. I did not wish to tell the person who sent the gift so attempted to get in touch with the company. Four times web chat disconnected as I was getting nearer to the top of the queue. Four different attempts to contact the company via email, all returned me to the purchasing page. The gift arrived with a card guarantee of quality but no evidence of any option to contact if quality not that expected. It appears that this company is only interested in taking money without the goods being provided. Surely goods should be fit for purpose.
Rest assured I will be informing my contacts and will certainly never recommend this company
