So many items out of stock online and click and collect but when you go to investigate in store EVERYTHING IS ON THE SHELF...Morrison people are using online and click and collect with you because it's been made very clear that the virus is lurking in the supermarkets and people are following the government guidelines and are being safe and are shopping online and using click and collect to protect themselves and everyone, but you don't care because you are more worried about what goes into your tills in store than online. When I went to check on the shelves you had no queueing system it was free for all, where are you getting your management and staff from, some members of staff was literally shouting at people or other colleagues, this is not customer service. Stop with the fake media headlines " Feeding the Nation" if you can't get with the times with technology then this company will not be around very long. Get rid of bad management, bad staff and get up to date with the times and the future with technology and up your game with online ordering, otherwise you will be going under very soon....Your are losing a lot of customers, I mean a lot.
