Horrifying experience at the Wimbledon store at approx 7:15 am on 3rd November 2021. This very aggressive employee at the self checkout till called “Mary” went after me because I picked up a plastic bag, which she insisted I wasn’t going to pay for (though I was still at the till and had approximately £70 with of stuff that I was buying). She became abusive, making faces and used the “F” word in front of my 7 year old, who was absolutely traumatised. The other employees had to literally drag her away due to her body language. Very threatening. Seems mentally unstable.
