I registered and shopped online for the first time today. I then needed to add to my order. I tried to log in but the system didn't recognise my log in so I asked to reset my password. The email was sent immediately and I reset the password and logged in to find that no orders were showing. Well, then I had to call the customer service (customer service is not really an accurate description as I found out). They said I had spelt my email address wrong on my order so I asked what I could do about it. Basically NOTHING!!!. They just kept saying 'can't say because of securiy (no T was mentioned in the word!!). Soooo, I have no idea whether I will be getting a delivery or not. Good service Morrisons, this was my first experience and it going to be my last for sure!!!!!!!
