I visited your Store in Wokingham this morning. I found the Store and staff very attentive and helpful. I made a small observation about the quality of Bananas and was immediately provided with replacements by Moses one of the Managers. I noticed that he was working the shop floor which gives me confidence that your Managers take a real interest in the customers. Some stores Managers wander about in suits, whereas you have people who are aware of your customers likes and dislikes. What a pleasant change.
