I went into the Nottingham Gamston Morrisons store to try to buy FIFA 17.I was unable to find it so stopped a passing employee who turned out to be the store manager Dan.Unfortunately there was not one available so he tried extremely hard to find me one telephoning all the nearby stores and even their supplier.He took my details and when one was available the following day he telephoned me to say that there was one waiting for me.This was above and beyond his remit and I can not fault his excellent manner and customer service.So good to see there are still people that will go the extra mile.I would like to thank him.
