I went to the fireworks display to buy some sparklers at the Kettering road Morrisons in Northampton. A lady called Michelle served me. She didn't explain the products very well. She let people push in the cue. While i was inquiring, she started chit-chatting with another customer. She let me wait to one side and think what to choose and let another customer be served, which is fine. But then she didn't ask if i was ready after that customer and served the whole cue before getting back to me.
