26.10.16 I clicked email from morrisons to "activate 5000 pts" on £40 shop(if shop before 31 oct over £40) points will be added within 72 hours of shop.
29.10.16 shopped spent £66.75 points balance on receipt shows 4700 (before today) + 330+200 (today) =5230 points
31.10.16 Internet customer service added 3000pts because missing items in my shop=should be 8230 points
1/2.11.16 email offer I activated should add 5000 points = 13230 points
13.11.16 shopping- I DIDN'T GET MY EXPECTED £10 IN VOUCHERS - was at baskets only till. Receipt shows 3230 (before today)+145 (today)=3375 points!!! WHERE'S MY £10?
