5 Stars – Outstanding First Experience at Morrisons Hatch End! Just moved into the area and popped into the Hatch End Morrisons this weekend for a shop. It was my first time shopping at Morrisons—I'm usually a Tesco or Waitrose customer—but I have to say, I was *blown away* by the experience. The store layout is great, the prices are seriously competitive, and the staff were incredibly helpful. One person in particular stood out—Paul, one of the duty managers. It’s rare these days to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond, but Paul exceeded all expectations. We didn’t have a More Card at the time, and he took the time to explain how we could still collect points by calling customer service. Not only that, he stayed with us, jumped on the call himself, and helped get the points added to our account—all with a smile and a super helpful attitude.
