Since changing from central distribution centres to "local" (a store 3 times as far away as the closest large one to me), food quality has been really poor. From completely defrosted frozen items to products several days passed their use by date. Tried raising with customer services as had been poor for several weeks in a row after it being quite good before that, but they are seemingly as useful as their delivery vans which don't have freezers, so have stopped using them and won't return.
