I was after a small suitcase to avoid Ryanair’s extra fees, but sadly, they were out of stock. Gillian didn’t just give the usual “it might be different online” response—she got Tracy involved straight away. Tracy went above and beyond, checking alternatives and even looking in the warehouse. Though the stock was inaccessible, she promised to keep one aside for me the next morning—and she did! Both Tracy and Gillian were genuinely friendly, chatty, and helpful. It wasn’t just ticking boxes—it was real customer care. Coming from a retail background myself, I know how rare this level of service is. Team morale was shining through, which says a lot about how well the store is run. Morrisons, you’ve nailed it. Treat your staff right, and customers will keep coming back.
