My order wasn't delivered on the date requested and there was no communication- I had to phone up myself to find out what was going on. Then, when it arrived, half of it was missing (8 cartons of juice out of 20 delivered, and no vinegar). I'm used to this happening with other supermarkets, but usually they just charge for what was delivered. But Morrison's charged me for the whole order and refused my request for a refund. Of course, they never asked me to sign anything on delivery. Don't give your money to these people. Even phoning Customer Services was a faff. I've never had such inept, dishonest service from an online retailer.
