Someone who once lived at our address had a County Court Judgement against them so Morrisons want me to prove when I moved in, who I am etc before they will honour my online order - which I have paid for in advance.
Most intelligent retailers would look at the credit card details, see that payment has gone through and that I am not the person who had this judgement against them and want to deal with them.
Not Morrisons.
