I have always found the staff at my local branch of Morrisons extremely helpful, going and getting items if you can't find them and always going into the warehouse to check if they have an item if the shelf is empty. They advise of any special offers that they have going on and if they can see that I could save money they will tell me. If I've said that I want to cook a special meal they have even helped me with that. If I've happened to go into the shop late and it is close to the closing time (which I always strive to not do) they have never once made me feel guilty over it (which I do naturally feel guilty over) and have never once tried to rush me along. I've been in other supermarkets and 45 mins before closing there is a tannoy announcement to say the store is closing in 45 mins and to make your way to the tills with your purchases - this message is then repeated every 5 mins and does make you feel guilty and under pressure, just not so with Morrisons :)
