Hello i am providing feedback on a recent experience at Morrison’s Harwood Bolton. I visited the store and asked Mandy on the customer kiosk if they sold PS4 games and did they have Call of Duty WW11 .She rang someone called Sue on Home and Leisure who told her that she would check the drawer. which she did and there was none there. But Sue advised Mandy that there had been a delivery and she would check to see if there was 1 in the new batch. If i left my phone number she would call me to advise. I then got a call not 10 minutes later from Sharon on customer services telling me one had been left for me at the kiosk. WOW i don't know whether having found the popular item or the magnificent customer service and team effort from these 3 ladies bowled me over the most. What a great experience that I just had to share...some wouldn't have even bothered to look but they went the extra mile and more well done ladies and Morrison’s Harwood Bolton
