I bought some reduced items, but then realised i'd been charged full price. I had to go to customer services to get a refund, then purchase again at the correct price. This wasn't an isolated incident, as it's happened quite a few times. When I'm able to point this out prior to payment, the staff then have to check, and this takes time and holds up other customers. Surely if they choose to reduce certain items, then their tills should reflect this change? Otherwise, why bother reducing anything? I don't expect any better at Morissons, and rarely shop there anymore. The toilets at my local store are always filthy. The cleaning rota on the door showed frequent staff checks. Yet there was an apple down one toilet, and an empty soap dispenser, so no way to wash my hands.
