Went into your Wincheap Canterbury store tonight. A woman in charge, I believe her name was Shannon or Sharon, was extremely rude in front of me to the young man on the till who was being helpful and kind. Her whole attitude, quite frankly, stank. When I pointed out her rudeness she totally ignored me. (The young man was correct in counting the goods I had bought - this woman miscounted and just looked ridiculous).
