Stock keeping appalling - can never plan a meal as you never know what’s in stock (and I mean basics - pasta? Semi skimmed milk? Broccoli?)
Lots of food is damaged or mouldy.
Salad gets frozen because fridges are set to wrong temp.
Ice-cream often thawed and refrozen.
Empty shelves.
Broken fridges that take months and months to fix.
Wait ages to help at self checkout.
Generally shoddy... I could go on.
