On Sunday we travelled a far way to fill our safefil gas cylinders and fill our motor home with fuel. Although the website said closes at 5.00 we arrived at 4.45 to be told we could not have the fuel or gas and was told I should have gone somewhere else. Phoned customer services on the Monday and h said he believed it was a training issue and had never heard of safefil. Another training issue I think. Offered me goodwill vouchers and when I said I was still not happy he said, “well I won’t offer them then” Another training issue? He then said he would get the store manager to call me. Well I’m still waiting for that call!
