At the time of writing this email my online delivery is just over two and a half hours late! I phoned customer services who are powerless to do anything and all they can do is phone the depot who have informed them that they cannot provide an update as the driver is not answering their phone. To make matters worse I have broken my toes and am wearing a special show so it's not even as if I can pop to my local Co-op and pick up a few items. This is not service, it's a complete joke unfortunately not a very funny one at that! This is atrocious. I have absolutely no idea if my circa £80 order will arrive or not - absolutely no clue and customer services are not able to inform me either. I just don't know how they can get away with it but my advice is SHOP WITH SAINSBURY'S INSTEAD!!!!!!! I decided to give Morrisons another chance after a couple of years ago they messed up an order of mine which had come to over £100, well that was a mistake and I only have myself to blame but PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH MORRISONS!
