I regularly use 2 Morrison’s stores in Ripon and Jarrow and the decline in both stores has been huge. I would expect without improvement that the Morrison’s brand will be non existent if knew management don’t take over. No stock poor sell by dates poor quality utterly miserable staff make this a woeful shopping experience !! How at 7 30 in the morning are customers negotiating an obstacle course of pallets trolleys and employees frantically trying to stock shelves!!! Then when you get to the tills there are virtually no staff!! Why do the staff constantly moan about work to one another in full earshot of customers the place is a joke either buck up your ideas or you will be closed/taken over !!
