Absolutely appalling online shopping service, the phone battery went flat before the our call was answered so we haven't been able to speak to them yet. We've been trying to place an online order for over 24 hours & we get as far as the payment authorisation screen which is just blank. Eventually our basket gets emptied with the goods marked out of stock & the delivery slot gets cancelled. Morrisons are taking incompetence to whole new level & they'll probably lose us as customers because we're now looking at Asda & Tesco. We've already bought our wine order from Aldi who do a next-day delivery service via a courier.
