I go to Morrisons in Bacup on a weekly basis. I can sometimes struggle finding everything I need, and get easily frustrated by this. However, every time this has occured a young lady, always wearing a green vest, on check out, called Heather, is always there to help. She always has a smile on her face. She makes shopping for me and others I know a pleasant experience, instead of one I use to dread. Unfortunately, i do not know this young girls last name. This lovely lady deserves a reward for all she does for me and others i know. She always goes beyond and above. The world needs more workers with this mind set.
