i went to do Morrisons Thornbury last night (first time since 24/7) i had my mask on but i would say that about 40% of other customers did not. Why is this? Surely it is up to the Management of Morrisons to ensure for the safety of other customers and their staff that face masks are worn. I did ask the checkout guy who said it was up to Security - obviously they are not doing a good job if that is the case. also the queuing system wasn't working as people were just heading straight for the checkouts regardless of if someone was there or not (most of these folk didn't have masks on either) Come on Morrisons you are going to lose lots of customers if you don't get this sorted. People need to feel safe.
