Sold my 5D MKiii along with other Canon kit back in November. Upon arrival with MBP they advised me that the camera had been damaged in transit and they needed to speak to DHL first. 2 months later after server chasing calls they finally agreed to pay the original quote. Great I thought but there was something missing! One of the items hadn't been priced by them and have been advised that it never arrived with them. What an armature bunch this lot are. Apparently they store everything in a warehouse until the items are paid for by them. I can only assume the item was stolen or misplaced and they don't have the decency to come clean.
To sum up on this i'd never buy or sell to MPB again!
