I’ll summarize it.
On 3/19, I applied to a job posted on MPB’s career page.
On 3/21, Jacob Fooks scheduled an interview for 3/27 @3:30pm EST.
On 3/27, Jacob rescheduled it for the same day @3:00pm EST.
On 3/27, I joined online a few minutes early, but no one showed up. I waited until 3:30 just in case, but no one showed up. I waited another 5 minutes to no avail. I even emailed Jacob mid-way while waiting, but he didn’t respond. I also emailed Jacob the next day to see what happened, but he still didn’t respond.
On 4/2, I emailed Matt Barker (CEO), detailing what transpired, but he hasn’t responded.
To date, there has been no communication from anyone at MPB.
They wasted my time and proved they don’t care about people. Lack of professionalism and courtesy leads me to believe working at MPB is a bad idea.
