My experience is mixed. Got a good deal on a used camera. I sent a used camera to them that they estimated they would buy for $300. They dropped the offer to $289. I rejected their offer and when I got it back the camera was damaged and they didn’t return 2 of the batteries. They refused to make things right. Don’t trust them.
