Normally when you order a piece of equipment, it's straight forward. But sometimes the details are not correct. If you order something that is listed as new and you pay the premium for this , you expect that the item has been vigorously inspected and in nearly new condition. As you don't really see the item before you buy, you just see an image and take the word of the company. With that , I received an item in not very good standard. But this was quickly returned, my biggest problem was that I couldn't talk to anyone about this. It was all done by messaging service. Very frustrating. As you have to keep re typing to try and make the agent understand what the problem was. Obviously they have 💯 trust in their team, and when something goes wrong it's hard for them to understand. But credit to them, they did sort out the problem I had. Whereas I wanted the piece of equipment soon, it unfortunately was taking too long and I had to purchase elsewhere. But I still received my refund. Thanks again for your understanding in this matter. You all deserve ice cream 🍦
