Recently I traded two lenses and purchased a lens and a camera remote. The transaction was super smooth and absolutely hassle free. For some reason the camera remote did not work for my camera though according to the official website it is compatible. MPB worked with me in trying to debug the issue and gave me the choice of returning it with free shipping. I understand sometimes these things happened and for me how the situation is dealt reflects how "good" a company I am dealing with.
