Right let me say here and now that I have been dealing with MPB for about 5 years. I have never had a problem with this company. I am a semi-pro wedding photographer and I've bought all my kit from this company. This amount has run into thousands!
Over the last two weeks, (Dec 2019) I have decided to switch from Canon to Fuji. I sent some kit into them on the Friday before Christmas they checked it all over and sent out the replacement kit and I had it for Christmas eve!
I don't know what problems other reviewers have had all I can offer here is my own personal experience. I once bought a very expensive Canon L series lens which turned out to be slightly damaged (filter thread was slightly skewed)They accepted it back with no qualms and gave us a full refund.
I have no hesitation in recommending MPB I personally find the prices and the condition of the kit to be top-notch, I am now the proud owner of a lovely Fuji XT2 in fantastic condition, thank you MPB for dealing with my quote in a very timely manner.
I don't believe in father Christmas but I do believe in MPB!
