I had ordered from the online services, Made my first return at the store(Gateway), there were 4 items under that order, So I returned 2 out of 4 due to sizing issues. Then out of the 2 items I had kept I decided to make a return of the t-shirt cause it did not fit right. Again I made my way to the store to make a return, First person was not able to assist me since they could not find my online slip that they have kept(don't know for what reason), Was told to wait while someone else had to go look for it in some storage room. I could not wait any longer cause I was rushing for work. Went back the second time and there was an issue because I did not have my bank card. Went back for the 3rd time and still there was an issue, was told that the supervisor who was helping me the previous day was off and they could not reach out to her. Finally got my money back though. The service was horrible though, Had to wait for more than 30 minutes just to receive my credit back for a return.
