In July, R900 was debited from my bank account twice, and I reversed one payment a few days later. In my October statement, MRP claimed that they never received the other payment. I've sent them proof of both and my bank statement. I even went to my bank to get a confirmation letter that one of the payments settled into MRP's account in July.
Their "superhero agents" refuse to assist or investigate where the money is. Now I lost R900, and they want me to pay the same amount again when their system took the payment. On the 5th of November, I saw someone writing a review that they had the same experience in May, and in October, MRP wanted to notify them that one payment was missing.
I'm closing my MRP account immediately and wouldn't recommend anyone to open an MRP account. THEY ROB PEOPLE OF THEIR HARD-EARNED MONEY AND REFUSE TO NOTICE THEIR MISTAKES!
