I visited Mr Price Homes on 3 Nov 2022 at the Fountains Mall, Jeffreys Bay. One Francois was very helpful, I wanted curtains but they did not have the right measurements in stock, yet it was available on the online store. So Francois ordered online for me, delivery would be within 5 - 7 days, order number 202720085163. Today (8 Nov 2022) I received a call from a courier company, the guy was in some town in Limpopo with my parcel and could not find the street on the address. The address on the order is in the Eastern Cape.... So I called Mr Price Customer Care on 0800 212 535 - the girl said she's putting me through.... It took so long my airtime got depleted.... Then I tried the Whatsapp customer care service.... Got a message asking order number and name, then one saying they had many queries and would chat soon..... I waited 50 minutes before somebody responded and, as i then only saw the message 3 minutes later, before I could respond I got a new message saying the chat was ended because I was unresponsive.... The service stinks!!
