I am so disappointed with Mr price , went into the store to close my account last year end of November l paid it all up and we called the accounts department over the phone they confirmed my account was closed only to see a statement in the mail December l paid it in full as l have relocated overseas. 2 months later l keep seeing they sending me statements to pay , so l emailed to let them know l had closed my account in November and still paid in December even though l had already paid it infull they turned around to tell me l must pay again. I feel taken advantage of because l had closed that account but it’s still open it means someone didn’t do their job properly and l must pay
