I'm so disgusted and disappointed with the level of service delivery. I bought a phone at Mr Price Eerste river in September 2021 the phone started to freeze in mid 2022 and I took it back to the shop as it was still under guarantee that was August 19 2022 . The phone was sent to the repair center by Mr Price. I received a tracking number which I still have and that was the last time I had contact from them and Mr Price. I have always went to the store to get information in regards to the phone. I have been there 9 times to date. They received a exchange order number from the service center and still no exchange was done. Today a year later and I just came from them again now I was informed that the slip expired as I bought the phone in 2021. How foolish the phone was booked in and they delayed the process how is this my fault. The store manager will now find out if they can still exchange the phone yet they are responsible for all of this. I'm spending money everytime I'm going there for nothing who will reimburse me for that. I can never again do business with this store and I will take this matter further. I have all original documents and am not going to leave this here.
