Worst experience ever!!! My matric dance / prom is on Friday and today I went with my mom to buy jewellery at lovisa which costs about R530 and I’m from a poor family so this is a lot for me , after we went to Mr Price and I handed the bag of jewellery to my mom ( who is disabled) she had to sit down and left the jewellery next to her and then later before we left I ask her where it was but she told me she couldn’t find it . We then ran around and searched the store and asked the staff who acted nonchalant/ non responsive. I left that store with a sore heart today ( this all happened around 16:40 - 17:00 ) when we asked to check the footage, they said that they don’t have cameras in the stores , they were non responsive and did nothing, I had to ask to look at the cameras outside but they gave me some story …I reall suspect two of the workers there who helped me and my mom in the store because when this all happened they suddenly were gone . We had to go back to Lovis to buy another set ( had to waste R530 again ) I HATE MR PRICE!!!!! This happened in Kimberley, Northern Cape today ( being Wednesday 10 of April 2024 ) at around 16:30-17:00 I won’t ever let this go
