I've never experienced such poor customer service, went there to do a lay-by for my daughter and had to wait more the 20 minutes to be assisted. Only to find out that the system is offline imagine. Okay I ended up fighting to get assistance and left. Today I got bck to take out the lay-by, guess what I had to wait and fight to get my lay-by because of the system is on and off. Will never go back to that store.
