Happy with the product itself.
Extremely unhappy about the lengthy processing delay. Patiently waited several weeks then called. Was told my order (all of which was in-stock at the time of ordering) was processed, packed, and ready for shipping and would go out the following business day. Another week passed and nothing was shipped. Contacted again, threatening to cancel the order, and only THEN was my order finally shipped.
