I telephoned "my car check" as I was purchasing a used car and although I had no reason to believe there was anything amiss with the vehicle, you never really know. I also wanted the comfort of knowing that I was buying what was advertised in so far as mileage, owners, etc. I spoke to a really very helpful member of the team who took me through everything. I decided to purchase the "Gold" check so I could have the report to put with the other paperwork relating to the car. Apart from lots of other information the Gold report also includes a valuation of the car that you are purchasing which I thought was very good. Everything was very easy to do, there is no hard sell, you obtain information about a car over the telephone for free, there is no hard sell from the staff. I would definitely recommend "my car check", customer service is excellent, and peace of mind for under a tenner. Great!
