Paid for Platinum however the additional products were not available for the car purchased due to the age. A quick call to Richard in customer services he resolved the issue and reduced back down to the Gold service.
The piece of mind given and information received is fantastic I will definitely use the service again and recommend if in the market for a private used car, given it is such a low fee.
