Definitely a rip off company, which is based outside of the UK. They automatically entered me into a subscription which was not made extremely clear to me before I entered into the contract and when I complained they referred me to their terms and conditions, however solely having it their the terms and conditions is not enough, it should be clear and prominent. I have now had to raise a charge back with Visa after providing this company with ample opportunity to refund me, which they never did. I have also reported them to UK trading standards and to the international consumer centre and I would urge others to do likewise they simply can’t be allowed to continue to rip people off.
