Bought a car check against a car I was buying from a main dealer, showed outstanding finance. Called My Car Check to find out more, they were extremely helpful, they called the finance company for me and told me it was dealer finance and nothing to worry about. They're even going to send a report update when the finance has been removed by the dealer!
