It's a little vague and not so reassuring when every section starts with "our records show" it doesn't help the purchaser to understand just how reliable and comprehensive "our records" are. Also after I paid and got a report on my phone and found myself in front of the vehicle and it's owner, I couldn't bring up the info as it had gone off my phone screen and I was left with a box with which to start all over again and felt under pressure in front of the seller and felt a little panicked, when I did finally find the info I had to scroll down loads of pages and couldn't find key bits of info I was looking for to check on the vehicle, it would be better on a couple of pages and have all info on them relating to it and at the bottom have any links for upgrading this and that and not located in amongst the primary information that you need on the day.
