Very simple to complete and immediate delivery .... but flagged up outstanfing finance with 'do not proceed with the purchase of this vehicle'. Heated words with seller followed as seemed illegally selling car he did not own. Both myself and seller paid for additional HPI reports and both came back clean. I did not proceed with purchase as element of doubt remained. Phone number to mycarcheck invalid, sent urgent email. Got reply a day later that info was out of date and no finance owed but by this time vehicle had been sold to spmeone else. Furious as this inaccurate report cost me a good vehicle. Got a £9.99 refund but still £19.99 out of pocket for extra report. I thought rhey all used same database but obviously not. Never again , will pay a bit extra for more reliable company. Very poor performance with big implication for myself. Buyer beware, you have been warned !!
