The return was expensive. It was not straight forward either. I had to go back and forth between various emails to find my order number. I could have sworn I ordered size 7 but apparently for the first time in my life I 'forgot' my shoe size and ordered a 5.
Once you submit a return request you have to wait for approval. Then you return to site to input tracking number. Who knows if it even got submitted. Hence, I emailed my return tracking number.
