I e written to the company on different platforms they provide to simply exchange a brand new pair of Ugg’s for a larger size, since a couple days, from day of delivery. Only today, which is 17 days past, am I receiving a response telling me I’m past the 14 days, along with sarcasm and rudeness in the response email. I emailed screenshot proof of a 2nd email sent June 25th (today is July 6), along with screenshots of messenger messages, that never received a response. I followed the website instructions of how to contact them. I emails and I Messenger’s, which is what contact me on the site lead to. Whoever is responding to me is rude and sarcastic and not saying their name when I ask.
