I was looking for a medical dog tag. I was informed by an EMT/Paramedic that they would only check a dog tag on a person if it was red. I found MyDogtag on the internet and based on reviews, pricing, and delivery time, I ordered an Aluminum Red Dog Tag. Unfortunately, I was shipped a standard aluminum one, and I immediately emailed the company explaining the error. Without hesitation Mark admitted fault for the error and his company were quick to remedy the problem. He also told me I could keep the standard aluminum for free. However, the red one never arrived after a couple weeks. At first, I was disappointed, but after speaking with Mark, in which he provided different options to correct the issue, we decided on a total refund, which happened immediately. Eventually, the red dog tag arrived, and I reached out to Mark informing him that I received it, and I inquired about the payment, as I had been refunded already. Mark told me it was on them, and wouldn't charge me for the any of my dog tags. I cannot say enough about what a great company MyDogtag is, their communication, kindness, and eagerness to correct any issues is second to none.
